Halloween fun...organic pumpkins

He wants to make a Halloween pumpkin out of dinner...I say go for it! We set so many unnecessary boundaries, restrictions and rules around our children and forget that we hated them ourselves. If it isn’t causing a problem for you or anyone around you or any being then let them do it. After he was done carving we cooked it and ate a delicious carved pumpkin, seeds and all! Give children control when it’s safe rather than have them take control in heir teens and going wild. Was dinner at 9 pm, yes but so what! My son and I bonded, talked about shapes, talked about knife safety, talked about seeds and texture.
