Hello! My name is Emily Gerde! I have been coaching gymnastics for 26 years! Gymnastics is my passion since I was 4 years old. I was a gymnast till the age of 21 and have been coaching since I was 13. Gymnastics is a way for children and adults to stay active & healthy, and to build confidence, balance, strength, flexibility, & endurance.
We moved to beautiful Routt County in 2018. I am so very grateful for the opportunity to provide gymnastics, trampolines, Ninja, open gym, tumbling, and birthday parties for our loved community.
Equilibrium Athletic Center will be focused on providing a safe, fun, and diversified space for people of all ages to explore their strength, flexibility, stamina, cardio, and balance.
